Everyday wellness at work

Earlier this month, we hosted a wellness pop-up to showcase our new drinks, designed to lift mood, support focus and nourish wellbeing. With guidance from our Head of Coffee, Davide Enrico, and in-house nutritionist, Martina Giammaria (ANutr), we invited guests to try three stand-out drinks: the Pumpkin King, Maple Forest Matcha and Orange Hot Cocoa.
Each drink had its own story. The matcha offered a gentle, calming energy; the Pumpkin King wrapped guests in warm, comforting spices; and the Orange Hot Cocoa lifted the mood with the richness of dark chocolate.
Together, they were a reminder that even small, thoughtful choices can make the working day feel healthier and more balanced. To complement the drinks, we served our Fibre Boost Flapjacks – packed with fibre, plant protein and topped with 70% dark chocolate. They were an instant hit, proving that healthy snacks can be both nourishing and indulgent.
Wellbeing Beyond Food and Drink
Wellness at work is at the heart of everything we do at The Good Eating Company. We work closely with British farmers who prioritise biodiversity and regenerative farming, ensuring every ingredient is fresh, responsibly grown and full of flavour.
Around 40% of our menus are plant-based, giving our chefs the chance to let simple, high-quality produce shine. In our kitchens, we take every opportunity to reduce waste – from turning trimmings into stocks, to finding creative uses for surplus fruit. It’s all part of making sure the food we serve is good for people and the planet.
Small Moments, Big Impact
Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. A comforting cup of coffee, a warming cocoa, a nourishing flapjack, or a plate of thoughtfully sourced produce, these small moments can make a big difference to how people feel at work.
At GEC, we’re excited to continue creating experiences like these for our clients, helping teams feel healthier, happier and more energised.
