
A six-storey adventure in flavour
When a client asked for an Après Ski-inspired gathering, our chefs and FOH teams didn’t just say yes, we built an entire experience. Six floors transformed into a roaming celebration, complete with currywurst and pretzels, raclette, chicken and celeriac schnitzels, strudel, mince pies, trifle and a bar pouring curated cocktails for every taste.
Guests discovered something delicious or surprising on every level. A brilliant reminder of what happens when food, service and creativity come together.
