Delicious Moments from 2025 - a year of flavour, innovation and connection

If there’s one thing this past year has reminded us, it’s that food has a remarkable way of bringing people together. Whether in the office, private dining spaces, or even the most unexpected corners of the workplace.

A six-storey adventure in flavour

When a client asked for an Après Ski-inspired gathering, our chefs and FOH teams didn’t just say yes, we built an entire experience. Six floors transformed into a roaming celebration, complete with currywurst and pretzels, raclette, chicken and celeriac schnitzels, strudel, mince pies, trifle and a bar pouring curated cocktails for every taste. Guests discovered something delicious or surprising on every level. A brilliant reminder of what happens when food, service and creativity come together.

Dining worth lingering over

Some moments feel big because they’re bold and immersive. Others shine because of their quiet precision. A memorable client dinner starting with gin-cured trout with beetroot tartare and horseradish–dill cream, turkey ballotine with creamy dauphinoise and a bright clementine & cranberry purée, followed by a vanilla-spiced tarte tatin Bûche. Thoughtful plates, exceptional service, and a drinks list curated with care — all shared around a table in the workplace.

Wellbeing in a cup

We explored a different way of bringing people together - through drinks designed to support focus, boost mood and nourish wellbeing. Led by Head of Coffee Davide Enrico and in-house nutritionist Martina Giammaria (ANutr), guests tasted their way through the Pumpkin King, Maple Forest Matcha and Orange Hot Cocoa. Each crafted with purpose: calming matcha, mood-lifting cocoa and some warming spice.

The magic of pastry and Taylor

And then there are the dishes that make everyone smile the moment they hit the table. Taylor’s Tiramichoux, a playful rethink of tiramisu tucked inside a delicate choux bun became an instant favourite. It’s everything we love about her approach, its nostalgic flavours and that spark of imagination you can taste. Taylor believes dessert is where joy lives, the part of a meal where everything feels lighter and a little more whimsical. Whether she’s making a peanut butter and fragola jelly ice cream sandwich or her now-famous tiramisu-twist, she’s passionate about serving up a slice of wonder on every plate. From roaming feasts to carefully plated dinners, nourishing drinks to pastry that delights, it's been a season full of creativity, craft and genuine connection. Here’s to more memories and more depths of delicious. We can’t wait to serve up more flavours and twists in 2026.
