Growing Underground
All their herbs and cresses are grown hydroponically in old WW2 bunkers, using up to 70% less water than traditional methods.
Royal Oak Organics
Our go-to growers for potatoes, squash, broccoli and kale. Their soil is packed with nutrients and so dark their unwashed potatoes look like lumps of coal!
Block & Cleaver Butchers
An independent butchers where everything is made on-site by themselves with barcode traceability so we can follow meat all the way back to the farm.
Chapman’s Fish
A family-owned business that’s an integral part of the local fishing community. Chapman’s have their own fleet of 20 day boats and a depot next to the water for speedy transportation from the sea to your plate.
